Our one on one session are tailored to the individual. This is where we work on detailed skills and movements, and really knuckle down on your goals and how to achieve them. We also give you a holistic approach to lifestyle and nutrition.
Groups are for testing yourself and bring out your competitive spirit, it's a time of fun and a social break after a long day at work it's fun to just switch off and have some fun, we do challenges and races.
